"We at Double Downs take pride in many aspects of our operation, like the quality of the tables, the high standard of our dealers in both technical skills and customer service. We know you won't find better. Above all we're reliable. We know that arranging an event or party can be stressful. Will the people you've hired show up when they're supposed to show up? Well we put our money where our mouth is. If we're more than one minute late for your event, we'll refund you 20% of the cost. So if you've hired two tables at $1200 to be ready for action by 7:00pm and we're not ready till 7:01pm, that's $240 back to you. We don't take your business for granted and being punctual is as important to us as giving your guests a great night of fun. The only condition to this guarantee is that we have access to the venue at least two hours before your requested start time."
